The curved edge follows your cheekbones, jaw and neck. There are three intensity levels, so start on the lowest.
Warm
Heats to 38–46°C. Use it over a serum or face oil.
Cool
Drops to 16–20°C. This is the one for puffy mornings.
Light
Red, blue and purple light settings are built into the modes.

How often should I use the wand?
Once a day, for about 5 minutes. Morning or night.
Who shouldn't use the wand?
Please don't use it if you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, epilepsy, or metal implants in your face. If you're unsure, check with your doctor first.
Can I use the balm with the wand?
Yes. Use the wand first, then swipe on the balm as your last step.
Is the balm OK for sensitive skin?
It's low-irritation tested with no added fragrance, but it does contain retinol. Patch test first, avoid broken skin, and if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your doctor.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free within Australia and usually takes two to three weeks. Every order ships with tracking, sent to your email.
